This nickel-mounted French double bass bow was made by Marcel Charles Lapierre. It is unbranded, and weighs 140g. It comes from a letter of authenticity from the Cabinet d’Archetiers Experts
This bow was made in Mirecourt by Marcel Charles Lapierre initially trained in Mirecourt. He worked for various important makers including François Lotte, Louis Bazin, Morizot Frères and Emile August Ouchard.
This bow is unstamped. It is in very good condition with its original parts
