Victor François Fétique (1872-1933) was one of the greatest makers of the classical French tradition. He trained with C. Husson, S. F. Maline and C. N. Bazin, then worked for Caressa and Français with fellow bow maker C Thomassin. He worked independently from 1913. He was awarded the title 'Greatest Archetier in France' at the Paris Exhibition of 1927.
